Meet Amr Nafia
Amr Nafia is the founder and director of Z Home Care. With a background in healthcare management and a deep belief that seniors deserve to be genuinely known by the person caring for them, Amr built Z Home Care to bring compassionate, well-trained, community-rooted home care to families across St. John's and the Northeast Avalon.
His focus is operational excellence — reliable scheduling, careful caregiver matching, honest communication with families, and a workplace where caregivers feel supported enough to stay for the long term. Amr is committed to building an organization Newfoundland families can trust for years, and to giving back to the community that has welcomed his team into so many homes.
